The company raised $16M in seed capital led by QED, Launchpad, and Dream Ventures reaching a $120M valuation in less than a year from launching its product.
As an accomplished entrepreneur, Andrew has led technology travel and payments startups to hundreds of millions in sales over the last 10 years as both a founder and executive.
Andrew started his career by co-founding JusCollege, a group travel and payments company focused on serving the $20B collegiate leisure travel market.
JusCollege used word-of-mouth marketing to expand to 75 travel markets throughout North America serving over 500,000 students in 6 years. The company's 15,000 campus representatives earned rewards by selling trips, music festival tickets, and other experiences to their friends. The company did $60M in bookings in 6 years without taking in any investment capital.
Along with his years of leadership experience and impact across the travel and entertainment industries, Andrew has a deep perspective and understanding of where technology and these industries intersect. Andrew has a proven track record of negotiating a number of high impact partnerships and deals with hotels, airlines, nightlife groups, restaurants, and tour operators in markets, globally. Most importantly, he is excited to be at the center of the change happening with destination based travel and the events industry.
