Jeff Charlton a true entrepreneur who built his company by doing what others don't or won't do, and whose firm, Graphic Connections Group, is a member of the Inc. 5000. He led groups of 20-30 people on missions to Panama to work in remote villages to build water wells, houses and schools. Indian villagers lived in the worst conditions, stuff you can’t even imagine.
A born entrepreneur, he started his first business at the age of 14, and it grew to 12 employees by the time he was a senior in college (summer painting company).
An engineer by trade he wanted to start his own company and learned about the printing business. He began as a one-man show at his kitchen table. He started to add clients and has grown over time, now with large offices with some 60+ employees. Graphic Connections specializes in creating unique new mailers and packaging for the real estate investor industry and others. They also print books and do ad specialties with clothing. Jeff invented the concept of pulling down a google street view image from the google maps programs and dynamically printing a photo of the person’s house who is receiving the mailer. Not only did others in the real estate space copy that idea, but other industries as well. He also added a texting response system that was the first in the industry. He is continually developing unique mailers that have proven to be very effective in lead generation for his clients.
Growing both organically and by acquisition, he has successfully acquired 21 smaller firms in 23 years. Graphic Connections now has several thousand clients from coast to coast.
Jeff is 60 and at his “old age” got his company into the Inc. 5000 for the first time in 2022.
