Louise Curran is an energetic and experienced trainer, coach, business development consultant, public speaker and customer management expert who is passionate about enhancing the customer experience and empowering individuals to manage all customers more effectively.

Louise is the founder and CEO of Frontline Training Consultants and Frontline Training Online, the newest arm of the company she founded over 30 years ago.

Frontline is a company specialising in the customer experience – understanding what customers want, working out how to engineer it and assisting organisations to develop their people to deliver it. We work in the prestige automotive sector; the commercial vehicle sector; with specialist veterinary practices; and in the wider retail world. We focus on positioning organisations to offer positive and engaging customer experiences and equipping their people with the skills and tools to deliver next level customer interactions.

Frontline Training Online has been positioned to provide participants around the world with access to high quality training that will enable them to proactively manage each customer interaction and to feel a new sense of self confidence and competence when dealing with even the most difficult customer. The empowerment of people who deal with customers is Frontline Training Online's mission and Louise is committed to giving customer contact people the skills that mean they will never again be a victim of bad customer behaviour.

Outside business, Louise is a passionate equestrian and trains and competes two top level dressage horses. She lives on a farm in rural Victoria, Australia with her husband Chris, and while she travels extensively for business, is always delighted to return to the serenity of the farm.
