Mark is the Founder and Managing Partner of ALINE Wealth, where he specializes in exit planning for small businesses. He has helped more than 100 small business owners plan for their exit. Mark understands that most small business owners (himself included) eat, sleep, and breathe their business, so selling your business can be a big shift, both emotionally and financially. It’s the same reason he founded his own firm, ALINE Wealth, to help small business owners navigate the process of selling their businesses. With more than a decade of exit planning experience, he’s eager to share his insights and key learnings with other small business owners.

Mark achieved the prestigious accreditation of Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) from the University of Chicago’s Booth Business School. He has been President of the Greater NY Chapter of Exit Planning Institute for 9 years running. He’s been recognized for efforts in exit planning — receiving EPI’s 2016 Leader of the Year award at the Exit Planning Institute’s International Conference and was honored in 2014 with the Excellence in Planning and Volunteer of the Year Award. He also has a popular podcast called “Find Your Exit.”
